How Hecto is expected to evolve over time.

The HECTO Allocator is now live. Participate in the initial token distribution by allocating Canton Coin (CC) through the Hecto application.

Hecto is being shipped in phases.

Each phase adds surface area and functionality.

Only some components are live today.

Phase 1: Boost application

Early access phase for ecosystem onboarding.

Boost is an optional feature that can increase reward weight.

Phase 2: Hecto Allocator (live)

The Allocator is the first live participation product.

It enables:

• CC → HECTO minting

• allocation across companies

• daily settlement and rewards

• analytics and leaderboard views

Phase 3: Hecto application (planned)

A full ecosystem interface.

It is intended to introduce expanded protocol functionality.

Phase 4: Vault system (planned)

Future infrastructure for deeper participation.

This may include strategy mechanisms and protocol expansion.

Roadmap items are directional.

Timing and scope can change based on product, security, and market constraints.
